The Journey

The focus is not on intensity, but on presence—allowing whatever arises to be met with awareness and support.
This work emphasizes:

• Non-directive support
• Trust in the unfolding process
Each experience is unique. The role of the container is to provide stability, not to impose direction.
This is not guided therapy—it is a self-directed journey supported, not steered.
The assumption is that there is an inner intelligence with a benign trajectory, and that this trajectory becomes more powerful in the non-ordinary state of consciousness. The implication is that any material that arises in the psyche in such a non-ordinary state will be precisely what is required for the person’s move towards wholeness. It is the role of facilitator to simply support this natural unfolding process.
